Release the flip top cap; turn upside down; shake so that the minerals are dispersed; squeeze a small amount of shampoo on the palms of your hands; massage into scalp and hair; rinse out with warm water; repeat 2x. Can be used to maintain the DeFRIZZ Treatment or as a stand alone to combat frizz.
