Damaged or defective items — any product
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email info@saphira.com or call 1-888-924-8320 within 30 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the item along with your order number and we'll replace it or refund it — whichever you'd prefer. If we need the item back, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
