Apply 1-2 pumps of shampoo on to wet hair, lather and rinse; apply 2x. For daily use.
Apply 2-3 pumps of conditioner after shampoo; massage throughout hair and rinse out.
Take two (2) capsules a day with food. Do not take this supplement within one hour of taking medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
