Shipping Protection covers eligible orders that are:
- Lost while in transit
- Damaged during shipping
- Stolen after being marked as delivered
If a covered issue occurs, contact us with your order information and details about what happened. Once we verify that the issue is covered, we will immediately process a replacement order at no cost to you. Standard shipping for your replacement is included.
There is no additional charge for the replacement products or their standard delivery. Normal processing, inventory availability, and carrier delivery times still apply.
