Open the cap and invert the bottle, gently shake the bottle to disperse the minerals; squeeze a generous amount of conditioner into your palms, then massage thoroughly into your scalp and hair, letting the nourishing ingredients to envelop each strand of hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
